Combine the cream and butter in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat
Add the garlic and simmer for 1 minute
Turn the heat down to low and add your cheeses, once most of the cheese is mostly melted, take off heat
Add salt and pepper to taste and set aside
In a large pot boil 1-2 quarts of water and a generous amount of salt depending on the amount of pasta you plan on serving
Add pasta and boil until the pasta is slightly undercooked (al dente)
Strain the pasta but save 1 cup of the pasta water
Add a bit of olive oil to the cooked pasta set aside
Heat a medium sized pan to medium high heat on your stove top and pre-heat your oven to 350F
While to pan and oven are heating up, season the chicken breast with the garlic herb salt and lather with olive oil
Add the seasoned chicken breast to the pan and sear both sides until brown
Turn off the heat of your stove top, and roast the chicken in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until the internal temperature is 160F
Let the cooked chicken breast rest for 2-3 minutes and slice to desired size
In a large pot combine pasta, sauce, and sliced chicken to together and add pepper to taste
